Work Hours: 6 am-5 pm Monday-Friday (40-50 hours per week)

Position Summary:
The Scheduling Coordinator role is an administrative and operations role, primarily responsible for Miller Portables’ delivery and servicing schedule. As the point of contact for drivers and customers, you will play a crucial role in always managing all of Miller Portables’ fleet vehicle daily activity, meeting the highest standards that Miller Portables’ customers have come to know. To be successful in this hybrid role, excellent communication and organizational skills are key.
Responsibilities:
● Load the daily deliveries.
● Manages overnight schedule changes.
● Oversee and manage delivery and servicing schedules.
● Report units or vehicle maintenance issues to the branch manager.
● Assess and articulate drivers’ notes and communicate with customers.
● Determine the next day’s routing schedule.
● Work closely with the branch manager to ensure efficiency and productivity.
● Company-wide point of contact for all delivery, pickup, and service communication with drivers.
● Create and maintain positive relationships with drivers.
Physical Requirements:
● Ability to sit for long periods of time.
● Must be able to physically load/unload portable restrooms on and off the truck.
Performance Standards:
● 60-day probationary/evaluation.
● Performance assessment with manager to ensure employee’s work performance and ethics are aligned with the company’s Mission and Core Values.
